Amal Clooney

Amal Clooney (born Amal Ramzi alamuddin) is a British/Lebanese lawyer, human rights advocate and charitable philanthropist. She graduated from Oxford University and New York University School of Law her lengthy and successful professional career in the field of human rights and international law has earned her acclaim internationally. Her notable clients include the people of Armenia which is fighting the Turkish government for the acceptance and apology for Armenia's Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney was engaged in 2014 and later married American actor George Clooney. She instantly became a household word. Prior to that, the actress had been known for her success in representing her clients in court and had a good reputation. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of work, including social justice and issues relating with human rights, to representing various corporations in court as well as in negotiations regarding government regulation.
